- A 23-year-old woman from St. Joseph, Ill., reported criminal damage to property at the 800 block of North Prospect Avenue, Sunday afternoon.
According to a police report, a 44-year-old male suspect damaged two tires of the victim's vehicle by cutting the valve stems and sidewalls.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 22-year-old man reported burglary from a motor vehicle at the 500 block of East White Street, Sunday afternoon.
According to a police report, the victim parked his vehicle behind his apartment complex overnight, and when he returned, he discovered that an unknown offender had stolen money from it.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 22-year-old man from Chicago was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at the International House of Pancakes, 308 E. Green St., early Sunday morning.
According to a police report, the offender was found sitting inside a car with suspected burning cannabis in his hand.
The offender was issued a city notice to appear in court. - A 20-year-old woman was arrested at the intersection of Neil Street and Park Avenue, April 15.
According to a police report, the offender was stopped for disobeying a traffic signal and was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. - A 63-year-old woman reported theft of a motor vehicle at the 600 block of Goldenview Drive, Thursday morning.
According to a police report, an unknown offender stole the victim's vehicle that was parked in her driveway.

According to a police report, an unknown offender broken the victim's side-view mirrors off his truck and stole them.

- A 22-year-old man reported criminal damage to property at the 900 block of West Stoughton Street, Sunday morning.
According to a police report, sometime overnight an unknown offender broke both exterior mirrors on his vehicle that was parked in the lot at his apartment building.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 20-year-old man reported burglary from a motor vehicle and criminal damage to property at the 600 block of South Lincoln Avenue, Sunday afternoon.
According to a police report, an unknown offender forced entry into his parked vehicle and stole several items, including an iPod, a video camera and a GPS unit.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

- A female student reported theft at Flagg Hall, 1207 S. Fourth St., Friday morning.
According to a police report, an unknown offender stole her cell phone, driver's license, i-card and debit cards from her handbag after she left it in an art studio.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 19-year-old man was arrested for criminal trespassing on state-supported land and obstructing justice at Babcock Hall, 1002 College Court, Sunday.
According to a police report, Housing Division staff called police on several occasions after seeing the offender in Babcock Hall in violation of a campus-wide no-trespass order. On Sunday, he was arrested when police found him sleeping in a lounge after giving officers a false name. - A 20-year-old man was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition within 1,000 feet of a school, obstructing justice and defacing identification marks on a firearm at the intersection of Chalmers and Second streets early Sunday morning.
According to a police report, police were called to the resident at the 700 block of South Fifth Street on a report that shots were being fired. When police arrived, a witness indicated that the suspect was driving away, which led to police stopping his vehicle near Chalmers and Second streets. The offender refused to exit the vehicle, and police had to forcibly extricate him from it. Officers found a loaded handgun in a hidden compartment in the car's central console. - Burrill Hall, 407 S. Goodwin Ave., reported theft between March 12 and March 28.
According to a police report, an unknown offender stole two glass vials containing zebra fish embryos that were being used for research from a lab. The vials and their contents, valued at an estimated $800, were delivered to the lab on March 12 and were taken on or before March 28.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
