A student reported his state ID was stolen around midnight on Aug. 26 at C.O. Daniels, 608 E. Daniel St.
According to a police report, the student had left his ID at the bar that evening.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
A 22-year-old man was arrested on a city of Champaign warrant Thursday night at the intersection of Pennsylvania and Goodwin avenues.
According to a police report, the offender was stopped for operating a vehicle with expired registration. The man also had an outstanding notice to appear that had not been observed.
A 20-year-old Glenview, Ill., man was issued a notice to appear outside The Clybourne, 706 S. Sixth St., early Friday morning for underage purchase/consumption of alcohol.
According to a police report, the offender was seen by an officer exiting a car outside the bar carrying a cup containing liquor.

A 28-year-old man arrested at Wal-Mart, 1000 S. High Cross Road, for retail theft Friday afternoon.
According to a police report, the offender was seen placing a package of Sonicare toothbrush heads and Ghirardelli chocolates into a backpack, under a paper flier.
A 7-year-old boy was attacked by a 19-year-old man's dog Saturday night on the 1200 block of Linview Avenue.
According to a police report, the victim was attacked after knocking on the offender's door and sustained minor injuries. The offender was issued two notices to appear for a vicious dog and for not having a rabies tag on the dog.
A 24-year-old man was issued a notice to appear Saturday night on the 1500 block of Washington Street for illegal transportation of liquor.
According to a police report, the offender had been playing loud music from his vehicle when the officer observed him. The offender pulled into a parking lot and left the car running while he entered a store. There was open alcohol in the vehicle. The offender was also issued an Illinois Vehicle Code citation.

- A 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old Homer, Ill., man were reported for retail theft at Wal-Mart, 2117 Prospect Ave., the morning of Aug. 26.

According to a police report, the woman was stopped in traffic for failure to signal. She was found to be driving on a suspended license and in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also found to be in possession of .4 grams of heroin. - An unknown subject vandalized the Papa George restaurant, 505 S. Neil St., Friday morning.
According to a police report, the offender scratched derogatory comments into the paint of a stall in the ladies' bathroom.

According to a police report, the offender was performing tricks on a stolen motorcycle. The offender crashed the motorcycle and the motorcycle was then impounded. - Theft was reported at Hadley's Restaurant Supply, 51 E. Chester St., Friday morning.
According to a police report, a French fryer was stolen from the rear of a truck.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 21-year-old man was arrested Sunday morning for motor vehicle theft at the Round Barn Banquet Center, 1900 Round Barn Road.
According to a police report, a 30-year-old woman left her vehicle unlocked with the keys in the ignition. When she returned, the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was later located and the offender arrested.
