The Daily Illini will be hiring columnists and editorial cartoonists for the Fall 2007 semester. If you are opinionated and write well, complete the application and send it to diopinions@gmail.com or drop it off at the Illini Media Building at 512 E. Green Street. All applications will be due by the end of finals week (Saturday May 12th). Applicants will be judged on the quality of their submissions and not on their political persuasions. The successful applicants will be contacted over summer break.

If you are interested in writing staff editorials or becoming an illustrator, please contact the Opinions Editor for more information.

There will be an informational meeting for all interested persons held at IMC Tuesday, April 24th at 8 P.M.
