The Charleston Fire Department responded to a fire at Charleston High School on Thursday night. The fire was in a concession stand when fire and ambulance units got there, Assistant Chief Pat Goodwin said. Four ISU students traveled to Denver to be immersed in the Democratic National Convention.

Analyssa Noe, a junior legal studies major, said she worked with Rock the Vote, a program sponsored by MTV.

She worked the check-in for media; she said she escorted media personnel to interviews and to their seats.

ISU postpones replacing MyMail

Students react to professor Stanley Irwin's death

When School of Music professor Stanley R. Irwin passed away May 31 following a car accident in Greenwood, Ind., he left behind more than an office in the Green Center for the Performing Arts and a position in DePauw's faculty.

For many of Irwin's students, he left behind memories of a mentor and friend whose soft-hearted nature stood in contrast to his imposing stature and bass-baritone voice.
